A Personal Introduction for Windermere Real Estate

Watch the short video below to see what's coming to your Holiday Party on Friday, January 15, 2027

Hello, Dani!

You laughed when I asked what you had in mind for this year's party and said you had no idea — and honestly, that's usually the best place to start. You've booked bands before. You've never booked a magician. So let's fix that, and let's make sure whatever we build together is the thing your fifty agents and their better halves are still talking about at the office in February.

Windermere Real Estate — Holiday Party

DateFriday, January 15, 2027
VenueTo be confirmed — see note below
TimeTo be confirmed
AttendanceAbout 100 — 50 agents plus their significant others

Larry — no venue locked yet per Dani. Update this panel (and the video, if it's already recorded) the moment she confirms a room.

Every Option Includes
  • For reasons we discussed on the phone I'm waiving my travel expenses — that just saved you $1,000.
  • Completely self-contained: all props, costumes, and accessories included. No stage, sound, or power needed from your venue's facilities team, whatever room you end up in.
  • ALL my material is squeaky clean and family friendly — built for a room with agents, spouses, partners, and everyone's boss in the same space.
  • Shoot whatever you want for your internal channels — Windermere's socials, your office newsletter, wherever.
Built For This Room

Why this beats another band

A band is background. Everyone's heard a band. What you told me you wanted was something more impressive — a night people describe to the agents who couldn't make it, not just a night with music playing while people talk about their listings.

Real estate is a room full of people who read other people for a living. Fifty agents are exactly the toughest, sharpest audience I get to work for, and exactly the one that has the most fun realizing they got fooled anyway. The material is built to land with people who are used to being the smartest person in the conversation.

And since you haven't locked a room yet, here's the good news: my show doesn't care. Hotel ballroom, restaurant private room, your own office space cleared out for the night — I'm self-contained everywhere, so the venue search doesn't have to work around me. Pick the room you love. I'll fit it.

Your Options

Two ways to do this

The Gold Package

One Man Wonder Show
$5,450 + hotel

A 45-minute stage show after dinner — the full room together for one unbroken set of comedy, sleight of hand, mentalism, and legerdemain, built into a single story that closes the night on a high note.

What I'd Recommend

The Diamond Package

Close Up/Walk Around + One Man Wonder Show
$6,350 + hotel

Two hours of close-up, walk-around magic during cocktails, then the full 45-minute stage show after dinner. This is the "more impressive" version — your agents get pulled into magic happening three feet from their own hands before I ever take a stage, so the night has two big moments instead of one.

I will hold this date for you until October 5, 2026.

You said you had no idea what to do this year. That's a good sign, not a bad one — it means nobody's expecting anything yet, which means whatever we build together gets to be the surprise. I'd love to be the answer to "what should we do."

Let me know how I can be of service to you.
