A Personal Introduction
for Quad City Builders & Remodelers Association

It was great to speak with you (and Rachel) so I could learn more about the VIP Home Show Party you're planning for February 13, 2025.

If you like what they see here, I'll bring my experience and expertise to ensure that it's even more fun, customized, and memorable for your valued Vendors (and perhaps the community!)

Here's what I propose:

• Date: Thursday, February 13, 2025
• Venue: Bend XPO 922 Mississippi Pkwy, East Moline, IL 61244
• Audience size: 700+
• I will perform  TWO hours of my Close Up/Walk Around Magic (or, as long as it takes!)
• My show will feature extraordinary feats of sleight of hand, mind-reading, mentalism and comedy that will delight and amaze your Vendors.
• All of it will take place inches away from them and right under their noses. There will be lots of audience participation so that your Vendors have a mind-blowing experience.
• It reinforces the idea that Quad City Builders & Remodelers Association genuinely appreciates them and values their participation in the Home Show. 
• More importantly, my vast experience allows me to customize my material to include elements of Quad City Builders & Remodelers Association culture. Is there a specific message you would like to emphasize in this evening? That's what I did for Ford Motor Co. and I can do it for you.
• As we discussed on the phone, I’m going to waive my travel expenses. (That just saved you $1,000!)
• PLUS-- "Top Secrets for Wizards in Training"
• As you and I discussed I want your non-profit to have something extra to offer the community so I will present my program "Top Secrets for Wizards in Training" to a local elementary school.
• "Top Secrets for Wizards in Training" is a special presentation suitable for children ages 5 -12 that teaches them the BIGGEST secret in magic-- it's just science dressed up!
• I perform incredible (and hilarious) feats of magic and then I teach them all the scientific principles behind the magic.
• I conclude by teaching them how to apply the science to perform a number of simple magical effects using common, every day items they can find around their homes.
• Although, I normally charge $1,800 for this school assembly I will present "Top Secrets for Wizards in Training" at no additional charge to the Quad City Builders & Remodelers Association.
• I will also create a personalized video your sponsors can use to promote their appearance at the Home Show on social media, email, text, etc. I will do that free of charge and they own the video, royalty-free, in perpetuity. 
• My Close Up/Strolling Magic and my school assembly are totally self-contained with all props, costumes,  and accessories so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
• Appearance fee -- $ 4,650 + hotel. This fee is discounted because you are a 501(c)(3) non-profit.
