It was great to learn more about your interest in Communications Training for your Mystique employees.
Your prime earning season is fast approaching. We need to get your people tuned up to function at a higher level so that customer service is exceptional. We need to start accumulating 5 star reviews on Google and Yelp. that reflect the excellence of the staff at Mystique.
Here's what I propose:
ONE DAY/ 4 hours
- Date: Any day between Aug. 5-10, 2025
- Venue: Mystique 1100 West 7800 South West Jordan, UT 84088
- Training Group size: 6 - 8
- I will arrive by 12:00 PM so that I have plenty of time to set everything up, do tech rehearsal and prepare for the training.
- I will arrange, at my own expense, to have all training videotaped.
- At 1:00 PM when your Team arrives we'll begin training.
- We will train together for FOUR HOURS.
- Every 60 MINUTES we will take a 10-minute bathroom break.
- During the course of FOUR HOURS they will learn and practice the following techniques and skills-
- The power of Facial Affect
- Active Listening
- Voice and Breath Control
- Improvisation and Speaking Extemporaneously
- Why empathy is key to mind-reading
- Working together under fire
- Reading the room
- Grounding and Centering in front of large groups
- There will be constant trainee participation and interaction so that your employees remain engaged throughout the training and take away real, practical skills they can begin using on a daily basis. These Customer Service skills will include:
- Knowledgeable recitation of wine profiles and special food offerings
- Polished, professional introductions of performers (without notes)
- Constant interaction with customers
- Tactful response to complaints or special requests
- Warm, authentic greetings and farewells
- At the end of training each trainee will receive a Certificate indicating they have successfully completed one day's training in Wilson Method Advanced Communication Skills.
- BONUS - Every trainee will receive one year of follow up training online in my VIP Group to hone their skills and continuously improve them at no additional charge.
- Training fee - $ 5,500.
- IN ADDITION: I will create, at my own expense, a training video expressly for Mystique that you can use, in perpetuity, to train your employees. This video will include specific exercises so that employees who were not present at the live training can benefit from the curriculum of Wilson Method. [THIS VIDEO WILL REMAIN THE PROPRIETARY INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY OF WILSON METHOD COMMUNICATIONS TRAINING AND CANNOT BE SOLD, LICENSED, COPIED, DISTRIBUTED OR SHARED. IT IS INTENDED SOLELY TO TRAIN EMPLOYEES OF MYSTIQUE DINING.]
I'll send you a simple Letter of Agreement delineating the details outlined above and an installment payment plan. I look forward to sharing my life's work with the staff of Mystique.
