A Personal Introduction for Friends of Oceanside Library

What a pleasure it was to talk with you and hear about your Fundraiser for the Oceanside Library.

If you like what you see here, I'll bring my experience and expertise to ensure that it's even more fun, customized, and an unforgettable experience for your Donors at the Brooks Theater on August 1, 2025.

Here's what I propose:

One Man Wonder Show

• Date: Aug. 1, 2025
• Venue: Brooks Theater 217 North Coast Highway Oceanside, CA 92054
• Audience size:  200
• I will arrive by 4:00 PM so that I have plenty of time to set everything up, do tech rehearsal with  lights and sound , and prepare for the show.
• I will perform 75-minutes of my One Man Wonder Show on stage.
• My One Man Wonder Stage Show features extraordinary feats of sleight of hand, mind-reading, mentalism and comedy that will delight and amaze your Donors. They'll see ordinary household objects come to life, I'll demonstrate why a beer bottle makes the best piggy bank, a paper airplane will fly directly to your most generous Donor, I'll show them how an eggbeater can be used to read minds and we'll play the craziest game of Clue they've ever seen. 
• There will be constant audience participation and interaction so that your Donors become part of the show and it reinforces the idea that the Oceanside Library is fundamental to the well-being of the community. 
• ALL my material is squeaky clean and family friendly, I never say or do anything that might be considered controversial or offensive.
• Since Friends of the Oceanside Library is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit I’m going to waive all my travel expenses. (That just saved you $1,000!)
• For reasons you and I discussed on the phone, I'm discounting my standard nonprofit appearance fee by 20% to subsidize your work towards supporting the Library in Oceanside.
• My One Man Wonder Show is totally self-contained with all props, costumes, set pieces and accessories so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
• BONUS- I will provide 200 bags of "Invisible Magic Dust" that can be sold during intermission and after the show to raise additional donations for Friends of the Library.
• Appearance fee - $ 5,500. $ 4,400.
