A Personal Introduction for Fairview Partners Investment Management

It was great to speak with you and learn more about your Annual Meeting for April 17, 2025.

Based on our conversation here is what I propose:

The DIAMOND Experience -- One Man Wonder Show + Close Up/ Walk Around 

• Date: Thursday, April 17, 2025
• Venue: The Broadmoor Golf Club - 2340 Broadmoor Dr E, Seattle, WA 98112
• Audience size: 50 - 60
• I will arrive by 1:00 PM so that I have plenty of time to set everything up, do tech rehearsal with lights and sound, and prepare for the show.
• As your Investors arrive at 4:00 PM I will circulate amongst them performing Close Up/Walk Around Magic.
• I will perform ONE HOUR of my Close Up/Walk Around magic.
• My Close Up/Walk Around magic features extraordinary feats of sleight of hand, prestidigitation, legerdemain, mentalism and comedy that will delight and amaze your Investors. All of it will take place inches away from them and right under their noses. There will be lots of audience participation so that the magic actually happens to them.
• THEN...
• At your appointed time I will perform 30-minutes of my One Man Wonder Show. 
• My One Man Wonder Show features extraordinary feats of sleight of hand, mind-reading, mentalism and comedy that will delight and amaze your Investors.
• They'll see ordinary household objects come to life, I'll demonstrate why a beer bottle is the best place to park your liquid assets, a paper airplane will fly directly to your most skeptical Investor, I'll show them how an eggbeater can be used to forecast futures markets and we'll play the craziest game of Clue they've ever seen.
• There will be constant audience participation and interaction so that your Investors become part of the show and it reinforces the idea that Fairview is the epicenter of all things magical. 
• BONUS STEEL LOCK BOX PREDICTION - Next week I'll send a FedEx package to one of your most trusted Investors, someone you choose for their sterling character and trustworthy reputation. He, or she, will be instructed to guard this package zealously and bring it to the Annual Meeting. At the conclusion of my performance I'll bring that Investor up onstage with the sealed package to open in front of everyone. Inside they'll find a steel lock box containing my accurate prediction of the closing prices (and volumes) of Nvidia, Google, Meta, Amazon, etc. for April 17, 2025-- or any securities you care to name! They'll be talking about this one for years to come.
• ALL my material is squeaky clean and family friendly, I never say or do anything that might be considered controversial or offensive.
• For reasons we discussed on the phone, I’m going to waive all my travel expenses. (That just saved you $1,000!)
• Both my Close Up/Walk Around Magic and One Man Wonder Show are totally self-contained with all props, costumes, set pieces and accessories so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
• I will deal directly with the Broadmoor Golf Club regarding everything for my performance-- staging, lights, sound, etc.-- so that you don't have to.
• I require a minimum stage space of 4' x 8'. 
• I provide my own Shure wireless microphone system along with my own audio mixing board that will plug into the house P.A. In addition, I bring my Audio Ape system for my music cues during my performance. (No sound tech is required-- I trigger all my music cues remotely.)
• Performance fee - $ 4,450 + hotel.
