It was great speaking with you and learning more about your Client's New Year's Eve 25th Wedding Anniversary for December 31, 2026.

Here's what I propose:

The DIAMOND Experience -- Close Up/ Walk Around 

• Date: Thursday, December 31, 2026
• Venue:  Parkway at Hillcrest - 4515 Greenway Dr, Hollywood, FL 33021
• Audience size: 50 - 70
• I will arrive by 6:00 PM so that I have plenty of time to scope out the Clubhouse and prepare for the evening.
• As your Client's Friends and Family pass through the buffet and are seated I will circulate amongst them performing Close Up/Walk Around Miracles. (My white tie and tails will be perfect for this special occasion.)
• I will perform continuously for THREE HOURS of my Close Up/Walk Around magic. (If your Client's Friends and Family demand more I will keep performing until they cry "uncle.")
• My Close Up/Walk Around magic features extraordinary feats of sleight of hand, prestidigitation, legerdemain, mentalism and comedy that will delight and amaze your Client's Friends and Family. All of it will take place inches away from them and right under their noses. There will be lots of audience participation so that the magic actually happens to them.
• There will be constant audience participation and interaction so that your Client's Friends and Family become part of the show and it reinforces the idea that your Client's 25th Wedding Anniversary celebration is the epicenter of all things magical. 
• ALL my material is squeaky clean and family friendly, I never say or do anything that might be considered controversial or offensive.
• For reasons I mentioned on the phone I'm going to waive all my travel expenses-- that just saved you $1,000!
• My Close Up/Walk Around Magic is totally self-contained with all props, costumes, set pieces and accessories so that you don’t have to worry about a thing.
• Performance fee - $ 7,500 + hotel.
